Accessibility

We are proud to offer facilities adapted for people with limited mobility.

Wheelchair loans

We offer a free wheelchair loan service. For information on availability and to reserve a wheelchair, please go to the Info-Francos booth on the corner of Sainte-Catherine and Jeanne-Mance. A valid piece of identification (driver's licence or health insurance card) is required. The wheelchair must be returned before the site closes.

Bell stage and Loto-Québec stage

Each of our main stages offers an area dedicated to our festivalgoers with limited mobility upon reservation. To reserve please contact Info-Francos at 514-492-1775 / 1-855-219-0576. Reservations period opens 48 hours before the event up to 4pm on show day. Please note that this area is accessible as of 5 p.m. when the site opens. Please refer to the map below to plan accordingly.

Access to the Esplanade

The Esplanade de la Place des Arts (the whole area at the top of the stairs) overlooking Sainte-Catherine Street is accessible via De Maisonneuve Boulevard, east of Jeanne-Mance Street, toward Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier.
